Cold Applied Systems

Cold applied systems, also known as liquid coatings, are predominantly used in the maintenance and repairs of flat surfaces including roofs, balconies and walkways, in addition these types of system can also be used where any item of plant penetrates the roof covering, or where items of the main structure interact with the main roof covering. Cold applied solutions are particularly relevant where different objects or shapes need to be weatherproofed, to maintain the integrity of the building.

Cold applied solutions are applied to surfaces in a liquid format which then cures to a fully weatherproof membrane, ensuring the elimination of water penetration through the structure.

With its rapid curing time throughout all seasons and up to 25-year life expectancy when fully maintained it is a favourable choice with clients.
