I found Mark very approachable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. It was helpful that Mark could give real life incidents to underscore what can happen if rules are not adhered to or are not robust enough. I felt it was also helpful that he had done a wide range of jobs where there were obvious risks which he could bring to the training, making the session more real life than just theory.

Mark knew his subject very well and was confident in delivering the training. He did extremely well training over the team’s platform- not as easy to do as being in the same room as the delegates. The content of the course was very interesting, put across well and in an interesting manner.

MNA Group Ltd, has provided Health and Safety and Competent Person services to Bowkirk Joinery for almost a year now.
