The Challenge Bradford Bulls required a modernized and versatile space that would not only enhance the stadium’s facilities but also serve as a dedicated Community Hub and Lounge. The project entailed the removal of outdated structures and the implementation of contemporary solutions while ensuring the new environment honoured the legacy of a cherished club figure, Richard ‘Harry’ Bloodworth.

Our Solution Our team embarked on a comprehensive transformation, which involved:

  • Removing the old pavilion to make way for the new development.
  • Laying new concrete slabs to create a solid and durable foundation.
  • Repurposing and refurbishing four shipping containers to construct a state-of-the-art Community Hub and Lounge, providing a modern, functional space for guests and fans alike.

This ambitious project required a seamless integration of skills from our dedicated in-house teams and external tradespeople. Every step was executed with precision and efficiency, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.

Honouring a Legacy A particularly meaningful aspect of this transformation was the tribute to Richard ‘Harry’ Bloodworth. Richard was a lifelong supporter and an integral part of the Bulls’ community. His dedication to the club also influenced his son, Richard Bloodworth, now a Director at MNA Group, who followed in his father’s footsteps with a passion for Rugby League. To commemorate his contributions, we installed a specially designed memorial plaque and a commemorative sign, creating a lasting tribute within the new space.

Acknowledgments We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the skilled tradespeople, suppliers, and partners who contributed to this successful transformation. Their expertise and dedication played a crucial role in bringing this vision to life, ensuring that the Bradford Bulls and their community now have a modern facility that reflects both tradition and progress.
