Customer Service Statement

MNA Group Limited continuously exceeds customer expectations through a committed and proactive approach to customer satisfaction.

Our aim is to deliver real value to our customers' businesses through the provision of health and safety support, training services and construction project management.

A key initiative for us is to measure how well we deliver on this goal, via a formalised Customer Satisfaction Programme. On a quarterly basis, using a combination of online survey tools, quarterly reviews and planning sessions, we measure how effectively we are meeting our customer commitments and identify areas that require attention and improvement. 

MNA provided an IOSH Working Safely Course at the start of September via the Teams remote platform due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
