Over the course of seven years, our relationship with Land and Water Services has grown from strength to strength.
Kath, who manages training for our client, is currently assisting in the setup and access of a number of online courses for multiple Land and Water operatives.
Land and Water who work in the civils sector implement the training to their workforce with the use of our learning management system and online video training. Over 1000 training certifications have been obtained so far for the completion of courses such as fire awareness, working at heights, asbestos awareness, manual handling, and ladder safety.
The system used to deliver and manage training is an important asset for the client since it allows them to keep track of vital training for over 200 staff members and receive reminders, updates, and certificates at the push of a button.
