Project Overview:
Foot asylum’s Manchester site required an urgent upgrade of its perimeter gutter system to address ongoing water ingress issues and ensure long-term protection of the facility’s structural integrity. Traditional membrane systems were deemed unsuitable due to the complex detailing and need for a fast turnaround. Triflex, a high-performance liquid-applied waterproofing solution, was selected for its durability, flexibility, and rapid curing properties.
Solution:
All perimeter gutters were fully refurbished using Triflex ProDetail, a cold-applied, fleece-reinforced system specifically designed for roof and gutter applications. The system provided a seamless, fully bonded waterproofing layer that accommodates movement and withstands extreme weather conditions.
