Bowkirk Joinery Services are based in West Yorkshire and provide comprehensive joinery solutions to various contracts from residential to commercial fit-outs throughout the UK.
We have been working with Bowkirk for about 10 years now after meeting them on another site we were attending back in 2013. We struck up a relationship with them and looked into what services their organisation required with regard to Health and Safety Support.
Over the past 10 years, we have provided Bowkirk Joinery with various Health and Safety Consultancy Services and support including developing and implementing H&S Policies and Management Systems. We assist in the completion of PPQ’s (Pre- Qualification Questionnaires) for prospective clients, as well as SSIP Accreditation work (CHAS, Constructionline), we assist in providing risk assessments and method statements – RAMS, on a regular basis as they have varied projects being carried out at any one time.
We have also carried out Face Fit testing and training for Bowkirk’s employees, in line with the current Regs. As Respiratory Protective Equipment is used as a hazard control measure in the majority of the work they carry out.
