We complete a wide range of projects for our customer, Virtual FM, at premises throughout the UK. Our client, a well-known facilities management firm, manages a variety of properties.

Our client’s needs are mostly reactive, requiring attendance within 24 hours to guarantee their clients’ activities continue to function effectively and with as little disruption as possible. We recently visited a property in Nottingham to survey a number of roof envelopes and determine the cause for numerous leaks.

Our investigation discovered that a number of roof outlets were blocked with litter and debris, causing any standing water to leak into the premises. In order to stop additional water intrusion, it was decided that the outlets are required to be thoroughly cleaned and have a liquid waterproofing system applied.
