Following discussions with our customer, it was determined that the Broomhouse Lane property needed new roof lights installed on several elevations as well as a horizontal safety line installed to allow for safe working when carrying out roof works.

Additionally, it was discovered that the wall cladding in numerous locations on the property needed to be updated and replaced due to decline and damage. The wall cladding on the building was updated and replaced on-site by our cladding division, resulting in new, unblemished elevations.

To maintain the structural integrity of our client’s building, we continue to perform routine planned and reactive facilities maintenance at different Polypipe sites, including wall cladding repairs and liquid waterproofing.
