Repairs and Maintenance

MNA Group carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) as well as reactive maintenance as determined by the client. The repairs or maintenance of the total roof envelope can be to structural gutter systems and rainwater goods to prevent water ingress and possibly product damage, or reactively where the rainwater systems have failed.

Repairs can be to any element of the building envelope and to any roof and, or wall covering, whether damage has been caused due to contact with mobile plant, adverse weather or a lack of PPM causing defects to arise.

1. Our first objective is to be responsive to the client, as often the repairs required are as a matter of urgency.
2. Despite work in many cases being reactive to incidents, we still have the highest focus on health and safety and compliance with current regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of our personnel, as well as those of the client are at the forefront of all our site activities.
3. Initially a survey is undertaken to establish the of the level of repair/maintenance that is required.
4. Work is undertaken to fulfil the client’s requirements and creating the right solution, while complying with their site rules and contractor requirements.
